Performance Coaching
Groups & Programs
Small group coaching and structured programs where musicians learn, practice, and apply mental performance skills alongside others.
Mental performance skills grow through practice.
Performing asks something different of you than practicing alone.
Group coaching provides a structured place to understand what changes when you are heard or evaluated, practice new responses, and learn alongside musicians working toward similar goals.
What we explore together
Recognize how attention, thoughts, and physical responses change during performance
Practice strategies for regulation, focus, and recovery
Build routines that connect musical preparation to performance
Learn through guided discussion and the shared experiences of other musicians
